Leasing Information
Lease terms are all three months up front, then go month to month. We do not offer lease terms of less than three months. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is applied to each unit rental. A $15 lock / key deposit is also required. Payment for the security deposit, lock deposit, and the first two months is required at the time of move in.
Prices are listed on the pages linked at the top, for each location. Note that if you pay with a credit or debit card, then you will pay a slightly higher cost to cover the fees associated with that. The fee is less for ACH payments, and that is an option. If you with to pay with check or money order to avoid the card fees, then you can mail that to the PO Box below, or put it in one of the dropboxes in Stevens Point or Janesville.
Deposits are returned in full as long 30 day move out notice is given, you have notified of us when you have vacated, the unit is empty and swept when you leave, and the lock / all keys are returned (keys can be left inside the unit).
